I have never herd of 811 before. This is a supportive housing for persons who have disabilities, and have very little income. This is also a nonprofit organization. The purpose of 811 is to provide adults with disabilities to live independently as possible within the community. This site goes over:

Wow Melissa that was awesome. I knew about HUD, but I did not know about Section 811. It is awesome that there are programs available to help persons with disabilities to get homes/ rental assistance.
